How do I place an order?

To purchase a GG's hair accessory just click 'Add to Cart' on the product information page and follow the on screen instructions. 

This site uses PayPal and Stripe as payment gateways. PayPal is great for paying with a PayPal account or a credit/debit card. Stripe allows payment by credit and debit card.

Once payment is complete an email confirmation will be sent to you and the making process begins. 

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Please take note of the delivery guidelines on the product information pages as each item varies slightly in production times. Some items may take up to three weeks to arrive as they are made to order and very detailed. Other items are in stock or have a short wait. You can also message me on ggsretroheaven@googlemail.com to confirm the waiting time.

Please note that waiting times exclude delivery times. Delivery times are separate and each package will take a further 1-2 working days to arrive. 

All items are send using First Class  delivery unless a different service is manually selected from the 'Extras' section on the site. 

How much is Postage and Packaging?

Packaging is free and a basic postage rate of £3 or less is used throughout. We don't charge for packaging - just the cost of posting!

I really want to place an order for one of your hats but the waiting time is too long. Is there any way I can speed up the waiting time?

What is your cancellation policy?

In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations you may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund. In order to cancel your order you must first contact me to arrange a return. Please note that you may not return a custom order (this includes any altered, bespoke or customised items unless it is faulty)

Please note that I am unable to offer refunds for items that have been worn or have been kept for longer than the timescales stated above.

I'm not happy with my order, can I return it?

GG's Pin-up Couture strives to make products of the highest quality. If you are unhappy with your order please contact us to arrange a return. Please send your item back to the address provided within 14 days of the item's delivery in an unworn, undamaged condition.

How do I return my order?

If you change your mind you may cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving it. Please contact me on ggsretroheaven@googlemail.com to do so. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item to arrange this. You (the customer) is responsible for paying any postage costs. I strongly recommend using a trackable service such as Royal Mail Signed for as items that are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund. 

GG's will not accept items that have been worn, damaged or altered in any way.

Please make sure that the items being returned are securely wrapped and packed in suitable boxes as GG's will not accept any items that have become damaged due to unsuitable packaging.

GG's will not be held responsible for items retained by Royal Mail due to insufficient postage.

When will I receive my refund?

GG's will process your refund within 14 working days of receiving the returned item.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

All items are thoroughly checked by GG's before dispatch but occasionally accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged please email me within 2 days of receiving it outlining the problem. GG's team will then instruct you on how to proceed. 

If, when receiving the returned item, GG's agrees that it is not fit for purpose, a full refund will be issued.
